BOOKING , PAYMENT PROCEDURE , TERMS AND CONDITIONS: |

1.
An initial registration
deposit of Rs.10, 000/- Per Person to be paid at the |
| time
of the registration, which is included in the tour cost. The balance

portion per person towards the tour portion to be paid 30 days prior

departure. The US $ portion to be paid 15 days prior to departure. |

2.The Tour cost is based on 25
min full paying adult Passengers. If there is |
| any
down fall in the strength there will surcharge of USD $ 50 per
person will |
| be
applicable. |
| At the time of departure, if there is any increase in
the |
|
dollar rates & Airfare, which will increase the tour cost and the
same should |
| be
borne by the customers. At present the dollar rate is calculated @
1US $ = |

3.The final names of traveling
passengers, as it appears in the passports |
|
should be given to us 50 days prior to departure. Original Passport
and |
| the
other documents required for processing VISA’S should be handed over
|
| 30
days prior to departure. |

SOMETIMES THE SIGHT SEEING TOURS MAY BE INTERCHANGED O |

PREPONED OR POST-PONED BY A DAY DURING THE DAY TO DAY |

TOUR, DUE TO UNFORSEEN SITUATION OR AS PER THE CONVENIENCE. |

TIME INDICATED IN THE ITINERARIES IS TENTATIVE TIMING. OF |

6. Cancellation :
If the package booking is cancelled after the registration |
|
charges of Rs.
5,000/- per person will be deducted as cancellation |
|
charges. If the
package tour is cancelled after the issuance of Air tickets , |
|
Visa’s
and POE then the actual visa fees, Handling fees, courier
charges, |
|
air ticket
canceliation charges should be borne by the passenger. |
|
If the Package
tour is cancelled with in 72 hours prior to departure the |
|
canceling charges will
be 50%. At the time of departure Full tour cost will |
|
be deducted as cancellation
charges |
